Completed Films Seeking Distribution

For completed films requiring producer’s representation for distribution, send a VHS or DVD screening copy to our office and call to make sure it was received. Our front desk is open 24/7 and accepts packages which are sent by Federal Express, DHL, Priority Mail and regular mail delivery. Kindly follow up with us once you think we have received your film in order to get our feedback, and discuss your goals for the film within the marketplace concerning finding and negotiating the various distribution platforms, securing licensing and tracking/collecting royalties for your film.

If your expectations are in line with what we think we can accomplish we will discuss what will be involved in having us represent you.

Once we have been engaged to be your producer’s representative we will book a time to discuss a strategy for your film for all rights—theatrical, television and home entertainment. Then we will strategically ‘role out wide’ with your film in order to provide opportunities for executives to simultaneously screen it at the studios, mini-majors and independent international and domestic distribution companies.

Creating a sense of urgency and ‘buzz’ is something we are known for. It allows us to leverage interest from competing distribution platforms in order to ignite bidding wars. We successfully oversee, track and collect royalties and advances on behalf of the filmmaker because of our long standing business relationships, presence and experience within the distribution landscape.

Please note: We do not return submitted materials.

Film Projects In Development Seeking Financing

To obtain producer’s representation relating to financing for film projects in development, scripts and packages please read and follow the submission protocol. Our front desk is open 24/7 and will accept submissions by Federal Express, DHL, Priority Mail or regular mail delivery. Make sure to include a synopsis, script, top sheet to the budget, and any letters of attachment from key players, cast and director. Once all your materials have been reviewed, we will book a one hour telephone conference with you to discuss your goals with respect to your film project to determine if we will work together to arrange financing and ultimately distribution for your film. Please note that the fee to book an hour telephone conference for after your script has been covered and your materials have been reviewed is $325.00 USD. Kindly note the title of your project on the notation section of your check and include it in your submission package. We get many submissions so it is important you call to follow up and make sure we received your specific package. Your telephone conference will be scheduled for approximately two weeks from the time you call to book it.

We raise money through private equity, distribution pre-sales, and film funds. Typically, having reviewed your package, we are able to determine if we would like to move forward with your project during our scheduled call. At that time we would discuss what fees would be involved in arranging the financing and ultimately the distribution of your film.

Please note: We do not return submitted materials.
