John Gregory

Creative Associate

John David Gregory also known as J.D. comes to Ostrow and Company with a background of 10 Years in Sales and Marketing. J.D.'s previous experience in the entertainment industry includes credits as an independent producer on the Keifer Sutherland film 'To End All Wars" as well as numerous other independent films. In 2003, J.D. aligned himself as a Creative Associate with Ostrow and Company with an eye for entertaining and meaningful stories in development and completed films seeking representation.  J.D. travels to many of the television and film markets and festivals connecting with filmmakers and producers on behalf of Ostrow and Company.

Milestones: Moving from the Suburbs and relocating with my wife and baby boy to the inner city to mentor and work with gangs, alcoholics, drug addicts, troubled youth as well as help provide up to 300 Hurricane Katrina Evacuees shelter, 3 meals a day, and assisting with home and job placement while working at the Los Angeles Dream Center.

What I like most about my work: What I like most about my work is connecting producers with Page Ostrow and watching their film dreams become a reality. Our Company provides the two things every film needs. Financing and Distribution. It’s the greatest feeling to be able to walk in the room full of producers and know our company is the Solution. Having a producer call you and thank you for "you" being part of his dream come true is an indescribable feeling.
